History
Gaia Force is a group of super human beings created by the entity known as The Guardian. Their mission is to protect the planet, most specifically Gaia, from its enemies.
Gaia Force is based primarily in the Citadel, on the dark side of the Moon but their territory extends as far as the edge of the heliosphere. They also have a facility on the moon Thetys, in the Saturnian system.
Order of recruitment: Avatar Prime, Caregiver, Nicci, Arkahnus, Renshi, Silverlance, Hartree, Night Storm, Meridian, Roguestar, Farpoint.
Membership requirements: Must be personally selected by the Guardian.
The members of Gaia Force are divided into three groups. The ruling members, the Citadel watchers and the Earthbound sub-groups. The ruling members comprise, Avatar Prime, Meridian, Silverlance, Farpoint, Hartree, Roguestar and Night Storm.
The Citadel Watchers live their life at the Citadel and rarely leave it. They are Renshi, Arkahnus and Nicci. Caregiver coordinates the sub-groups. These various groups are Prime Force, Wild Force, and Shadow Force.
The ruling members, Citadel watchers and Caregiver are the official members of Gaia Force. They are also referred to as guardians. Unlike the members of the sub-groups, all Gaia Force members were selected by the Guardian.
The members of Gaia Force have been enhanced to be able to survive in the vacuum of space. Their eyes have also been modified so that watching the sun directly does not cause any damage. They can also communicate in the vacuum of space, via radio waves, at a maximum distance of 300000 km without a noticeable delay in communication.
Their metabolism does not require food or water since they get their energy from starlight. Many still occasionally eat and drink but only for the pleasure of it. They can manoeuvre effortlesly in virtually any medium. Also, their physical appearance has been rejuvenated and no member appears to be over 30 years old.
